< STUFFY/THE
FUSES TO WORK WITH ALBINI
As well as the forthcoming single release, Stuffy/The Fuses have future
plans just like any family might have. Some extremely exciting ones too...
Not content with touring everywhere with Graham Coxon, Stuffy has gathered
his own band of merry revellers to start work on the follow up to Join
Me Or Die, their debut album. The band have booked some time with utterly-legendary
Chicago sound engineer Mr Steve Albini to record their brand new long-player
with. Don't know a great deal about that yet, but the recording will take
place at the end of January in London town and one thing's for sure it
will ROCK.
Prior to all that, the Fuses will be curating a new club night called
'Paint The Dog Red' - this kicks off once a month from December 16th at
the Catch 22, Kingsland Road, London.
The marvellous Steve Lamacq and his BBC 6Music show have notched up a
few plays of Stuffy/The Fuses' Super Sevens contribution 'Waltz' in the
'Hangover Remedy' section of the show over the last few weeks. Much thanks
for the continued bigging-up of Wrath. Check out his show between 14:00
- 17:00 every Sunday on BBC 6Music
