The Scaramanga Six - New SIngle Update

We have a confirmed release date for 'Horrible Face', the contentious new single from THE SCARAMANGA SIX - it's going to be the 31/05/05. In truly evil record company style, we're going multi-format with this single, as well as releasing it in a digital manner through www.karmadownload.com
 
All formats feature the title track, which is the version taken from the 'Cabin Fever' album, but given a hot beef injection of lavish strings and loungy pianos. It is a gloriously contradictory record that is sure as hell to confuse and amuse in equal measures. Each format shall be accompanied by a couple of totally furious live session tracks, recorded recently at the House of Mook, Leeds.

Some very unexpected, yet hearty support has already come from Vic McGlynn on her BBC 6Music show - she's played 'Horrible Face' twice now in her daytime slot and we've received loads of feedback from her listeners already. Opinions have generally been divided and pretty extreme and I hear that it actually split one poor listener right down the middle. Luckily, that listener was an earthworm and has since gone on to form two completely separate listeners with opposing viewpoints.
